AIJAZ USMAN
Having a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Aijaz has handson experience of human resource consulting including Executive
Resourcing (Recruitment), Third Party Executive Management, Inhouse and Open Training Workshops, Development of HR Manuals. He
also possesses valuable knowledge in finance & accounting and
internal audit.
He was an active member of human resource consulting team at
Deloitte Pakistan, and managed a number of search & selection
assignments for various leading organizations.
While working with United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) he
contributed significant services in social sectors, e.g. Education for All,
Urban Basic Services, Children in Difficult Circumstances, etc.
SOHAIB JAMAL
Mr. Sohaib Jamal is a fellow member of ICMAP, CA (Intermediate) –
ICAP & CIMA UK (Finalist). He has 20 years of training experience with
specialization in data analytics and financial modeling. He has
conducted 450+ trainings on Microsoft Excel, Financial Modeling,
Power BI Desktop, etc. in Pakistan, KSA, Bahrain and Dubai. Out of
these he has conducted 40+ Corporate Trainings on Data Analytics for
more than 35 companies including TCS, Abbott Laboratories, Descon
Engineering, Younus Textiles, Pakistan Cables, Indus Motors, Syngenta,
Clariant, Aventis, PSO, Habib Bank and many others.
Mr. Sohaib Jamal holds 25+ years of Management Consulting
Experience He has teaching experience of 20 years in 9 universities of
Pakistan. Have written 02 books on Excel and Financial Modeling and
ERP implementation. Mr. Jamal is official trainer of State Bank of
Pakistan, UBL, Interloop, Pakistan State Oil, Meezan Bank and others.
FARIHA KANWAL
Fareeha Kanwal is a Psychologist with long distance certification in personality assessment from UK. She is
currently working as Consultant Organizational Psychologist, Associate Clinical Psychologist and also teaches
Psychology and human behavior in some of Karachi’s private universities.
Fareeha has done M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from University of Karachi and M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from
Institute of Professional Psychology (IPP) at Bahria University Karachi Campus. She specializes in providing
psychological services such as counseling and psychotherapy to clinical and non-clinical population. Personality
profiling is her forte where she identifies strengths and areas of improvement of clients to guide them towards
betterment.
She also works as a trainer and has facilitated a number of in-house and open public workshops. Her approach
towards training is hands-on with an inclination to link theory with practice.
At Corporate level, she worked as Organizational Psychologist in the HR Directorate of SUPARCO and has
diversified experience of as Corporate Trainer and Personality Assessor for various multi-national
organizations
